The Book of Isaiah is often called the "Gospel of the Old Testament." As one of the greatest prophetic books in Scripture, it contains the clearest and most comprehensive prophecies concerning the coming Messiah. Isaiah reveals God's holiness, righteousness, judgment, mercy, and redemption, while foretelling the birth, suffering, death, resurrection, and eternal Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Grounded in Scripture and centered on Christ, this course systematically explores the Book of Isaiah under the illumination and guidance of the Holy Spirit. Students will examine its historical background, literary structure, theological themes, and prophetic message, gaining a deeper understanding of God's sovereignty, the promises of the Messiah, the call to holiness, the life of faith, and the glorious hope of God's coming Kingdom.Through prayer, meditation, Spirit-Led Bible Reading (Lectio Divina), sound biblical interpretation, and practical application, students will learn to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit through God's Word, allowing biblical truth to renew their minds, strengthen their faith, and transform their lives. As the Holy Spirit unveils the riches of Isaiah, participants will not only gain a deeper understanding of its prophetic revelation but also grow in their knowledge of Christ and God's eternal plan of redemption. This course equips believers to live lives of holiness and faith, faithfully bear witness to Christ, build up the Church, proclaim the Gospel, and prepare for the glorious return of the Lord.
